Return and Refund Policy

At HenningsDecor we try our best to provide you the optimum products and services. However, at times certain circumstances may prevail because of which you wish to cancel or have a refund on your order. To ensure your utmost satisfaction for our services, we would like to share our cancellation and refund policy, considering some frequently raised questions. So Let’s begin:

The Policy encompasses the terms and conditions which are as follows:

  1. You can raise a return request for goods purchased by you, subject to a valid reason along with valid proof.
  2. A refund may be obtained for goods purchased by you, subject to fulfillment of certain conditions.
  3. You may cancel orders for goods purchased by you within a stipulated period of time”

It is important to note while the HenningsDecor makes its best efforts to ensure that returns, refunds and cancellations are available to the users of the Website, the Company has to place certain restrictions on the same in order to meet its business, legal and contractual obligations.

 

IN ORDER TO RAISE ANY RETURN/ REFUND REQUEST YOU MUST PROVIDE US AN UNBOXING VIDEO OF THE PACKAGE AS PER OUR VIDEO GUIDELINES GIVEN BELOW

WITHOUT COMPLIANT VIDEO NO COMPLAINT WOULD BE ENTERTAINED!!

 

 What scenarios constitutes raising a return or refund request? 
  • If you received a faulty or defective product like damaged table top, paint chipping.
  • If you received a product that is different from what you ordered – e.g. Different design or colour.
  • If the product delivered in not to the size, you have ordered (beyond the allowed tolerances)
  • IN CASE OF FAULTY DELIVERY: If the product got stolen from the package/ if empty box is received/ if the outer box has significant visible damages/ if any or both white seals are broken.

When is a return or refund request not valid?

   No return or refund request shall be entertained for the following conditions:

  • Items damaged during unboxing.
  • Items damaged during assembly.
  • Items damaged due to incorrect or forced assembly.
  • Due to unfair usage during return window

Conditions for returning products: 
  • The products must be returned in the original condition they were received in along with any bills, tags, labels etc.
  • Products must be in their original form and unsoiled.
  • Brand packaging should be intact.

Replacement of a product will be subject to availability of the product on the website at that time.


Refund Eligibility:
  • IN CASE OF FAULTY DELIVERY: If the product got stolen from the package/ If empty box is received/ If the outer box has significant visible damages/ If any of or both white seals are broken you must inform us within 24 hours of delivery along with proper video evidence.

FAILING TO DO SO WITHIN 24 HOURS VOIDS YOUR CLAIM TO ANY REFUND

  • IN CASE OF MANUFACTURING DEFECT: If the box received was in proper condition but you find the product to be damaged (e.g. top edge chipped or paint chipped), you have 3 days from the time to delivery to raise a return/ refund request.

DISPUTES REGISTERED AFTER 3 DAYS OF DELIVERY SHALL NOT BE ENTERTAINED.

To raise a dispute, please contact us on WhatsApp at +91 9999307590. Your message must contain name/image of the product, the order/ invoice ID along with the AWB number. This should be accompanied by a detailed description of the nature of the concern and the supporting video. If your return/ refund request is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


Cancellation policy
  • You cannot cancel customized orders. Doing so will result in forfeiture of the advance paid.
  • If you want to cancel the order before dispatched, then you have to inform us in written

Note: We Have the Authority to cancel any order due to price error or if it becomes out of stock for any reason whatsoever.


Refund policy
  • If the payment is made through an online method, the refund will be processed to the original source of payment within 3 days. Under no circumstances refund payment will be made to any other account until unless approved by us.
  • If the payment was made on Cash on Delivery (COD) basis, a link will be shared only on the phone number associated with the order for providing the requisite bank details. Once the bank details are received, it may take up to 4-6 business days to initiate the refund.

NOTE: ALL REFUNDS WILL BE PROCESSED ONLY AFTER SUCCESSFUL PICKUP OF THE RETURN SHIPMENT.


 

Video Capture Guidelines:
  • All sides (Top, Bottom, & 4 sides) of the package should be clearly visible and shown in continuous manner. The sides must be adequately stretched and expanded within the frame.
  • The shipping label must be clearly visible in the video, displaying the AWB Number.
  • The packaging must be opened, and the product should be distinctly shown in the video.
  • The video should be recorded in one continuous take without any edits or pauses.
  • Ensure that all corners of the packets remain within the video frame.
  • The video must maintain clear focus, stability, and a moderate pace-avoid blurriness, shakiness, or excessive speed.
